Michelle will share Landor’s perspective on the power of putting brand at the core of integrated marketing - and why that means more than just using the same logo for print, Web and in-store marketing. Drawing on case studies, she will discuss why creating a consistent Customer Experience across all marketing channels is critical to building a strong brand. Michelle will also demonstrate how mapping the Customer Journey can help brands identify the most effective touchpoints or PowerApps and invest marketing dollars accordingly.
